Night Routine

Taking care of your skin at night is essential because this is when your skin naturally repairs and renews itself. By following a simple yet effective nighttime routine, you can boost this process, prevent early signs of aging, and keep your skin healthy and radiant. Your skin works the hardest at night. While you’re resting, it enters repair mode—shedding dead cells, boosting collagen production, and fighting off the stress caused by pollution, sun exposure, and makeup throughout the day. That’s why a dedicated nighttime routine is not just about pampering—it’s about giving your skin the right tools to heal and wake up radiant. Let’s break it down step by step:

Step 1: Cleanse Away the Day

Cleansing at night is non-negotiable. Throughout the day, your skin collects dirt, sweat, oil, makeup, and environmental pollutants that can clog pores and cause breakouts if left overnight. A gentle, sulfate-free cleanser works best, as it cleans without stripping natural moisture. For those who wear heavy makeup or sunscreen, double cleansing (using an oil-based cleanser first, followed by a water-based one) ensures every trace of buildup is removed. Step 2: Tone and Restore Balance
